Born in Umbria, Carlo Zuccherini has professionally grown in fine dining restaurants in Italy, New York City, and Amsterdam.
Driven by his passion and continued desire to discover and use quality ingredients, he now focuses on the importation of fresh truffles, wines and private dining in the Netherlands.
Wines and their producers are carefully selected after several meetings at their own wineries, and frequently tasted for consistent quality before being chosen.
Wines are released on the market when they reach a proper level of ageing.
Truffles and Wines are carefully delivered within amsterdam using an e-bike, and outside of Amsterdam with a hybrid vehicle in order to keep as low as possible co2 emissions.
