in fine dining restaurants in Italy, New York City and Amsterdam.

Driven by his passion and continued desire to discover and use quality ingredients, he now focuses on the importation of Champagne, Wines and fresh Truffles the Netherlands.

 

Wines and their producers are carefully selected after several meetings at their own wineries, and frequently tasted for consistent quality before being chosen.
