Il Rio is charaterized by an artisanal production, organic or biodynamic, also with the aim to develop an entire territory. Paolo Cerrini was the first person in believing in a seemingly crazy project.
Florentine by birth, a goldsmith by profession, in the mid- 90s he decided to change his life and start experimenting the project in the Mugello area, at that time not considered ideal for viticulture, especially for the cultivation of Pinot Noir.
Today the company is spread over 2 ha, totally hand-crafted cultivated, and with natural wines.
Ruby ​​red wine with distinct red fruit scents, notes of purple, pink rose and blueberry. The sip is warm, elegant, fresh, characterized by a gentle tannic texture and a good persistence closure.
