Grape: Riesling 100%
 
Riesling from Hannes Strasserhof is a fresh citrus and floral wine with an elegant long lasting.
Vines grow at 750mt high in the Isarco Valley, the age of them is 15 years and the production per hectare is 60 quintals. 
The harvest is made normally by end of September for the majority of the grapes, some others are left on the vines to be attacked by Botrytis and eventually harvested in December.
Fermentation starts in stainless steel. Eventually 50% will rest in steel and 50% in big oak barrel for 8 moths.
