This "purosangue" Trebbiano is a must to try!
Drink it now release exotic notes of orange fruits, persimmon and hay, a wine with a great structure and very long finish.
Carlo Tabarrini hand harvest his grapes selecting some from young vines (25 years old) and some from 45-50 years, creating a beautiful balance, capable to age over 10 years.
Grapes are destemmed and the juice is for 6 days skin contact (no temperature control).
Fermented in stainless steel and fiberglass. 
20% aged in neutral oak, 80% in stainless steel.
This Regio Bianco is unfined and unfiltered.
