Piripicchio 2018 comes from the assembly of grapes grown as saplings and espaliers at an altitude between about 750 and 1000 meters, on the northern slope of Etna; the management of the vineyards is in full respect of the environment with an average age of the vineyards of about 60 years cultivated on volcanic soil particularly rich in microelements and minerals.
