Grape: Carricante 85% - Cataratto 15%
 
The aromas and flavours of this white wine display the warmth and character of the special territory where the vines grow: the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. 
Lots of minerality, oxidative shades with a depth personality. Rich, saline and tightly wound. The grapes of Carricante and Cataratto are manually harvested in mid October and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at 18-20 °C in steel tanks. 
Ageing in steel tanks, followed by a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
