Gewürztraminer from Hannes Strasserhof is a complex wine with very good structure and intensity.
Note of bees wax, mature orange fruits and hay. Elegant long lasting.
 
Vines grow at 750mt high in the Isarco Valley, the age of them is 15-20 years and the production per hectare is 60 quintals. 
The harvest is made normally by end of mid October, selected and  hand picked.
Fermentation starts in stainless steel. Eventually 50% will rest in steel and 50% in big oak barrel for 8 moths.
