Grape: Chardonnay 
 
The grapes used to make this wine are grapes grown in the municipality of Prepotto Cividale del Friuli in the Friuli Colli Orientali region. Mololactic fermentation, maceration with skins in stainless steel barrels to extract more fertility. A mannered, expressive, balanced, strong-bodied wine with a clearly expressed acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste. It has the aromas of unripe apples, white melons, cream, yoghurt, toast, toasted hazelnuts and citrus fruits.
