All this has led Claudio to make wine with a sure hand, without consultation, in the traditional way and with minimal intervention in the cellar, resulting in wines sincere, respectful of the terroir and the vintage; wines away from the approval, but incredibly fascinating for their intense flavors and aromas: in a word, unique. The words of Claudio explain the philosophy behind the production of these pearls of Piedmont wine: "Our left five months in stainless steel vats and two years in oak casks large capacity and is aged in the bottle for one year. Therefore avoids the steps in barrels, which would be unacceptably flavoring, as much as possible to maintain the unique character of the wine. The passage of time will give complex and intriguing aromas, for palates ready to seize the pleasure of never predictable aspects."
