Grape: Nebbiolo 100%
 
After 15 minutes in the glass the liquorice really dominates, a sweet dark tone that I really like, gives the wine character. Solid structure on the palate, needless to say this is very young, although much more approachable than the last bottle.
Fine and aggressive tannins, not drying and not disturbing.
Liquorice and raspberries together with mature cherries.
Doubtless very true to its origin and a no-brainer in the cellar, great wine!
