Barbaresco DOCG Gallina delivers potency and elegance on the palate, with thick, sweet tannins. The different origin (the hill where the vineyards are located is opposite that of Albesani) is evident in the notes, perfumes and structure of this red wine.
 
Vinification starts by natural yeast fermentation in wooden vats
Aged in large oak barrels and then into the bottle for six to twelve months
